Luis Mendoza serves as an Operations Manager for JK Janitorial and has been with the company for over 13 years. In his role, Luis oversees all night operations, including managing floor technicians, cleaners, supervisors, hiring, and ongoing training to help ensure high company standards are maintained across every facility. He is dedicated to creating a safe, secure, and organized work environment while leading his teams with professionalism and accountability.
Throughout his career, Luis has focused on both personal and professional growth. He takes pride in leadership, teamwork, and maintaining strong values in both his work and personal life, with faith and spirituality being an important part of who he is.
Outside of work, Luis enjoys water sports, contact sports, and organizing community benefit events that help support those around him. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to helping others make him an important part of the JK Janitorial team.
