Contact Rodolfo Soto

Rodolfo Soto joined JK Janitorial Services in 2025 as the Branch Manager for Little Rock, Arkansas.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, where he graduated among the top of his class. While attending university full-time, Rodolfo was actively involved in athletics, participating in multiple sports including rugby, baseball, and handball. He also served as a member of the university’s Honorary Finance Council.

From an early stage in his career, Rodolfo demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams of over 60 employees in both human resources and operational roles.

Outside of work, Rodolfo stays up to date with the latest trends in business and finance. He enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and can often be found wherever there’s a game being played.
